The AirTAC GFR200C06NT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06NT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This size-200 unit is threaded 1/8 in NPT, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and uses the differential-pressure drain, which bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the filter is high enough - no manual draining of the bowl in normal operation. No gauge is fitted with this code, so add your own downstream gauge if you need to read the set pressure.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drain variants, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published in the catalogue as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted at the drop ahead of a small CNC machining cell, the unit cleans condensed, particle-laden shop air and holds a steady regulated supply to air-assist and clamping circuits on the machine.
On a cartoning or wrapping line, the filter regulator conditions the air feeding the machine's valve island, keeping moisture and debris out of the directional valves while setting the pressure the actuator circuits were designed around.
In a lab or pilot-plant air panel, the unit filters the house supply and regulates it to the pressure a benchtop pneumatic apparatus requires, with the differential-pressure drain keeping the bowl clear during normal runs.
Start with the port step: size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT thread suits small point-of-use drops and compact panels; step up to GFR300/400/600 when the line or the air demand is larger. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention in normal service, automatic drain suits unattended duty, manual drain suits supervised installations. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code if you need 5 um. This code has no gauge and no reverse/check valve; gauge and scale options exist on other codes if you want a fitted pressure readout. Thread here is NPT (the T suffix); PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet curves and correct size before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves in the catalogue, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the sizing against your application before you order.
This code uses the differential-pressure drain (no A or M suffix): condensate collected in the bowl is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the filter rises, so no routine manual draining is needed. The T suffix means the ports are NPT 1/8 in; PT is the catalogue standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available as an order option.
