The AirTAC GFR200C06NWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06NWT is a GFR-series filter regulator: one compact body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This size 200 configuration comes with 1/8 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). No gauge is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include the 40 um standard element, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT or G threads and a check valve. At size 200 the bowl is PC (polycarbonate); only the size 600 unit uses an aluminium alloy bowl. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the tool-clamp and actuator circuits of a machining centre, where chips and condensate must be kept out of clamping valves and a steady setpoint protects repeatable clamping force.
Supplying filtered and regulated air to the cylinders on a carton-sealing or case-packing line, keeping water and debris out of sealing jaws and holding consistent cylinder pressure for uniform seals.
Conditioning air for stopper, pusher and diverter cylinders along a conveyor system, where the 5 um element guards small control valves and the regulator keeps divert timing predictable shift after shift.
Step size and port to the flow your circuit needs: GFR200 with its 1/8 in port is the compact entry of the range, with 300, 400 and 600 above it as demand grows. This unit carries the 5 um element - choose the 40 um standard grade where fine filtration is not required. The differential-pressure drain bleeds condensate automatically as it accumulates; automatic and manual drains are order options. With this drain the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). No gauge is fitted, so specify a gauge with an MPa, psi or bar scale if you want a local setpoint reading. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options, and this unit is ordered in NPT. A mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted on this configuration. GFR units can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, each available with an MPa, psi or bar scale - just ask and we will quote the gauge-equipped variant.
