The AirTAC GFR200C08C3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08C3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a steady downstream pressure. This size 200 unit connects at 1/4 in NPT, filters to the standard 40 um grade, drains condensate via the differential-pressure drain, and carries a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The standard regulator sets between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the PC bowl is rated for -5 to 70 C non-freezing service, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Across the GFR series you can order sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and regulation for the air feeding pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a machining fixture, keeping actuator pressure steady through every cycle.
Clean, regulated air for the diverters, pushers and stopper gates along a bottling conveyor, with the 40 um element catching water and pipe scale before the line valves.
A filter regulator at each workbench drop in an assembly cell, so operators set a stable tool pressure independent of swings on the main shop-air header.
Size 200 with a 1/4 in connection is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when your line demands a larger port. Filtration here is the standard 40 um element, with the 5 um W option where finer cleaning is needed. This unit carries the differential-pressure drain; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options in the same size. The fitted round gauge reads in bar, and MPa or psi scales can be ordered instead. The thread on this unit is NPT; PT is the standard and G is also available to order, and the mounting bracket is included (the J code deletes it). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this size 200, 1/4 in NPT unit before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default option: it handles condensate in normal service without the periodic manual draining a manual-drain bowl needs. If your duty calls for it, automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available as order options in the same size.
