The AirTAC GFR200C08F1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08F1WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is sized for 1/4 in NPT ports and carries the 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in check valve (code K) that blocks reverse flow through the unit. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator setting range for this differential-pressure drain version is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the polycarbonate bowl suits size-200 units. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a 40 um or 5 um element, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a CNC machine tool's solenoid valves, air bearings and pneumatic clamps: the 5 um element strips fine particulate before it reaches the valve seats, and the regulator holds a steady set pressure for consistent clamping.
Conditioning the supply to sorting gates, pushers and carton-closing cylinders on a bottling or cartoning line, where the differential-pressure drain clears condensate as air flows and the gauge lets the line technician verify the set pressure at a glance.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to weld- and assembly-cell clamp fixtures, where the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow through the unit and the 5 um grade protects the fixture's control valves from fine contamination.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps up from the 1/8 in size-200 entry point, and larger sizes (300/400/600) carry bigger ports for higher air demand - match the size to the flow your circuit needs. Next choose the drain: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no operator attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits infrequent condensate loads. Choose the 40 um standard element for general circuits or the 5 um element (this unit) where finer particulate removal matters, pick the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), and order PT, G or NPT thread to match your pipework; a bracket is included here.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a flow figure for this unit. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing against it on request before you order.
The standard GFR filter grade is 40 um; this unit carries the optional 5 um element, which removes finer particulate for sensitive downstream valves and instruments. The 40 um grade remains available on other GFR200 configurations if your circuit does not need the finer grade.
