The AirTAC GFR200C08F3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08F3WT is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is a 1/4 in NPT ported unit with a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. A mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread form (PT standard, G and NPT to order). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding the valve manifold and cylinders of a carton-forming and sealing machine, where the 5 um element protects directional valves from particulate and the regulator holds a stable setting for consistent sealing-jaw action.
Supplying stopper and diverter cylinders on a parcel-sort conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate during continuous running and the bar gauge giving operators a visible line-pressure reference.
Conditioning air to a benchtop sample-handling rig, where the fine 5 um grade suits sensitive pilot valves and the compact size-200, 1/4 in NPT body fits tight panel space with the included bracket.
Start with the port step: this unit is 1/4 in NPT in size 200; if your line needs more flow, step up to size 300 or 400 with the matching port. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit, no operator action), automatic, or manual for controlled periodic draining. Choose the element grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit, code W) where finer particulate protection matters, for example ahead of valves and cylinders. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is bar), and thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT (this unit is NPT). Brackets are optional on the family and included here.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, we cannot quote a rated flow for this model. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one rated-flow number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code GFR200C08F3WT selects the 5 um filter grade, the finer of the two catalogue options (40 um is standard). Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer particulate protection; note the drain on this unit is the differential-pressure type, which discharges condensate automatically as air flows through.
