The AirTAC GFR200C08JC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08JC1TK is an AirTAC GFR series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filtration element and a differential-pressure drain, so the bowl clears condensate without a manual drain routine. A round MPa gauge is fitted for direct reading, and the built-in reverse (check) valve holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply dips. No mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator setting range with this drain type is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) element, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the cylinder and gripper circuit on a carton-forming packaging machine, keeping actuation pressure steady while the bowl collects condensate from the shop-air drop.
Conditions the air feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic tool-clamp and chip-clearing circuits, removing water and particles before the regulator sets the clamp pressure.
Powers the divertor gates and stopper cylinders on a distribution-centre conveyor, with the fitted check valve holding the downstream setting while upstream supply pressure fluctuates.
Every choice in this series is decodable from the code. Step the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 in to 1 in) against the air demand of the circuit - larger sizes carry more flow, and we can confirm the flow curves for each size on request. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M). Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection. Choose the gauge and its scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread - PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, as on this NPT unit - and whether a bracket is included. This configuration also carries the K reverse/check valve and omits the bracket (J). Before ordering, send us your flow and pressure requirements: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: it holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops instead of letting it bleed back. Other decodable choices on this unit are the NPT thread (PT is the standard, G is also available to order), the 40 um element (5 um with code W) and the differential-pressure drain.
