The AirTAC GFR200C08JC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08JC2 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded PT1/4 (1/4 in) and carries a 40 um filter element with a differential-pressure drain, which bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises. Downstream pressure is set between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the fitted round gauge reads in psi so operators can check the setting at a glance. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding directional control valves on carton-forming and sealing stations, with the psi gauge letting line staff verify set pressure during changeover.
Filtered and regulated air for workholding clamps and pneumatic vise cylinders on a machining centre, where the 40 um element protects the clamp valve from debris and condensate.
Steady pressure for blow-off nozzles and pusher cylinders along a conveyor line, with the differential-pressure drain keeping the bowl clear during continuous running.
Start with the port: this unit is PT1/4, and the 200 size is the smallest step in the GFR range - if your line needs more flow, the 300/400/600 bodies step up in port and capacity. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (as fitted here) drains itself with flow, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual (code M) suits attended installations. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The round psi gauge fitted here is the external option; an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale is the standard alternative. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; brackets are optional (this code specifies no bracket). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm from the datasheet curves whether this PT1/4 unit is correctly sized before you order.
The code C2 specifies the optional external round gauge with a psi scale. The standard GFR configuration uses an embedded square gauge, available with MPa, psi or bar scales. If your panel layout or unit preference calls for the square gauge, or a different scale, ask us for the matching code.
