The AirTAC GFR200C08JC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08JC3T is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 1/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically when flow differential allows, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits the 200 frame, and no mounting bracket is included in this variant.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread form and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a bank of 1/4 in directional control valves on a machine bench, giving each valve station cleaned air at a set pressure with local bar indication.
Conditioning and regulating the air to a compact air cylinder on an assembly or marking press, where the operator sets working pressure once and the gauge holds it visible.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to diverters and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate through normal operation.
Start with the port and flow step: size 200 with a 1/4 in NPT port is the entry frame of the GFR range, and stepping up to 300, 400 or 600 raises both port size and flow capacity - match the frame to the air demand of the circuit. Then choose the drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default), while automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are orderable alternatives. Filtration is 40 um as coded here; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. The round bar gauge is fitted as coded; embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are the other gauge options. Thread is NPT as coded, with PT (standard) and G (BSPP) available to order, and brackets can be added where this bracketless variant needs panel fixing.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this exact model before you order.
This model carries the default differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the drain allows it. If your application has low or intermittent flow, an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M) variant can be ordered instead - ask us to quote the alternative code.
