The AirTAC GFR200C08JF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 with Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08JF1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in one body. This configuration is the 200 size with a 1/4 in NPT thread, a 40 um filter element, the differential-pressure drain, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, a fitted reverse (check) valve, and no mounting bracket. The regulation range for this drain type is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a working temperature of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT to order, 40 um filtration standard with a 5 um (W) option, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered and regulated air for pneumatic clamps, tool-changer cylinders and chip-clearing jets on a CNC machining cell, with the square MPa gauge giving the operator a local setpoint check.
Stable regulated air to diverter gates, pusher cylinders and vacuum-generator feeds on a carton packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element protecting the valves downstream.
Clean, pressure-stable air for small actuated grippers and switching valves on an automated sample-handling bench, where fine components need filtered air at a fixed setting.
Your real choices in this family are the size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) matched to the air your line needs; the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); the gauge (embedded square as fitted here, optional external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales); the thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); and whether to include a mounting bracket. This model also carries the K option, a reverse (check) valve. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not a single rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and required flow and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream air cannot flow back through the unit. It is an option across the GFR range; models without the K code come without it.
