The AirTAC GFR200C08JF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08JF2WK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration has 1/4 in PT ports, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a differential-pressure drain, a polycarbonate bowl (size 200), an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply is interrupted. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and with this drain type the regulated output is adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GFR filter regulators are published in four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um fine filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the gripper and pick-and-place cylinders on a robotic assembly cell, with the built-in check valve holding the downstream setting through supply dips.
Regulating the supply to sealing and diverting cylinders on a carton packaging conveyor, with 5 um filtration protecting the directional valves from particulate carryover.
Supplying a machining cell's pneumatic workholding clamps with steady regulated pressure so clamping force stays repeatable across the shift, with condensate drained off automatically by differential pressure.
Choose the size step (200 through 600) and port (here 1/4 in PT) against the air demand of the circuit; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. The real decodable choices in this family are: drain type - differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M); filter grade - 40 um standard or 5 um fine (W, as fitted here); gauge scale - MPa, psi or bar (this unit reads psi on the embedded square gauge, with an external round gauge optional); thread - PT standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; and bracket - included by default or omitted (J, as here). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single flow number is quoted here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and full datasheet figures for this 1/4 in, 5 um configuration on request.
W specifies the 5 um fine filtration grade instead of the 40 um standard element. K specifies a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. F2 specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales are also published options.
