The AirTAC GFR200C08LC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR200C08LC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a 1/4 in NPT port, the 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, a round pressure gauge reading in MPa, a reverse/check valve (code K) and the mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this unit is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include manual or automatic drains, the 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because the low-pressure type's adjustment range and the flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet numbers for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the clamping cylinders on a machining fixture. The 5 um element keeps scale and pipe debris out of the directional valve, and the check valve stops air flowing back through the unit toward the supply side.
Supplies the low-pressure pneumatic actuators on laboratory analytical equipment, where the 5 um grade protects small valves and the round MPa gauge gives a clear local reading of the set pressure.
Drives the small pusher and sorting cylinders along a packaging conveyor at a low set pressure, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate from the bowl as air passes through the element.
Choose the size by port and flow: size 200 carries the 1/4 in NPT port fitted here; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the line needs a larger port and more flow. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm your set pressure with us before ordering. Filtration is the 5 um element (code W); the 40 um standard grade suits applications where coarser protection is enough. The drain is the differential-pressure type; automatic (A) and manual (M) versions are available. The fitted gauge reads in MPa, with psi and bar scales and an embedded square gauge as alternatives. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is available to order. The bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR200 is published in the AirTAC datasheet as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the cylinders or valves this unit will feed, and we will confirm the sizing and the curve data on request.
This unit uses the differential-pressure drain, the default for the family. Code A gives an automatic drain and code M a manual drain. If your compressor runs unattended, the automatic version is worth considering; if you prefer hands-on draining, ask for the M variant when ordering.
