The AirTAC GFR200C08LC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LC2G is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure, and this configuration is the low-pressure type for circuits that run at lower set pressures. It has a G1/4 (BSPP) port, a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a polycarbonate bowl, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching ports, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air feeding pick-and-place gripper cylinders on a bottling line, where set pressures sit below standard regulator ranges and clean air protects the cylinder seals.
Supplying diverter and stopper gate cylinders on a conveyor sortation line, with water and particulate removed ahead of the directional valves and pressure held at a low, stable setting.
A laboratory or QC test bench needing fine control at low pressures: the 40 um element guards the instrumentation and the psi-scale gauge reads the set pressure directly.
Choose the size by port and flow: this unit is size 200 with a G1/4 port; larger sizes (300/400/600) carry bigger ports for higher flow demand - confirm your requirement against the published flow curves before ordering. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (as here) drains with the airflow, automatic (A) drains regardless of flow, and manual (M) needs periodic draining. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard; G or NPT to order) are decodable options, and a mounting bracket is included here. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, for circuits that run at lower set pressures than the standard version. C2 specifies the round pressure gauge with a psi scale; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting and the external round gauge is the optional extra. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published, so confirm it with us against your set pressure.
