The AirTAC GFR200C08LC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LC2TK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. It uses the standard 40 um filter element and a polycarbonate (PC) bowl with a differential-pressure drain, and its regulator is the low-pressure type. This configuration is ordered with a 1/4 in NPT port, a round pressure gauge on a psi scale, a reverse (check) valve (code K) and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and catalogue options include a finer 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a no-bracket version (code J). Flow and other datasheet figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm them on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A regulated air drop feeding clamp and press cylinders on a packaging line: the 40 um element keeps water and particulate out of the direction control valves, and the round psi gauge gives the machine setter a direct reading of the regulated pressure at the point of use.
Point-of-use air preparation at a conveyor divert or gating station: filtered, regulated air for the short-stroke cylinders that push product between lanes, with the reverse (check) valve (K) fitted as part of this configuration and the bracket allowing panel or surface mounting beside the station.
Bench-scale leak and function rigs that run on compressed air at reduced pressure: the low-pressure type regulator and round psi gauge suit set-ups where the operator dials in and watches the test pressure directly, while the 40 um element protects the sensitive test fixtures upstream of the work.
Start with size and port: GFR200 with a 1/4 in port is the compact step in the GFR range, and the larger 300/400/600 sizes carry bigger ports for higher demand - because flow is published as curves, ask us to confirm the right size against your application before ordering. Choose the drain: this unit has the differential-pressure drain (the default), while automatic (A) and manual (M) are order options. Filter grade is the 40 um standard here; specify code W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. The gauge on this unit reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available. On threads, PT is the AirTAC standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type: its exact regulation range is not published, so confirm the set range with us against your circuit before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number, Cv or SCFM for this unit. Send us your application details - required flow, working pressure and port size - and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain, which is the default for the GFR filter regulator family. Automatic drain (code A) and manual drain (code M) versions are catalogue options on the same family - tell us which drain you prefer when ordering and we will quote the matching code.
