The AirTAC GFR200C08LC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LC3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 200 unit has a 1/4 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type (code L), a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a metal bowl. A round gauge with a bar scale is fitted, a reverse/check valve is built in, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and hold-down cylinders on a carton-sealing line that run at low set pressures, with water and particulate removed and the pressure set in one body instead of a separate filter and regulator.
Conditioning shop air on a pneumatic test bench where fixtures and instruments need filtered air at a low regulated setting; the fitted bar-scale gauge shows the set pressure directly at the bench.
Providing filtered, low-pressure pilot air to diaphragm-actuated control valves on a water-treatment skid, with the built-in reverse/check valve blocking backflow toward the supply line.
The real choices in this family are decodable from the code. Step size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 in to 1 in) against the flow your line needs; drain type - differential-pressure on this unit, with automatic (A) or manual (M) available; filter grade - 40 um standard here, 5 um with code W; gauge - the fitted round gauge here reads in bar, with an embedded square gauge and MPa or psi scales as alternatives; thread - PT is the AirTAC standard, with G and NPT as order options (this unit is NPT); and the bracket, which is included here. The regulation range of the low-pressure (L) type is not published as a single figure, and flow appears only as curves, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
It marks the low-pressure regulator type. This unit is intended for low set pressures rather than the standard range; the exact range for the low-pressure type is not published, so ask us to confirm it against your set pressure before ordering.
