The AirTAC GFR200C08LF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08LF2G is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in one compact body. This unit is built on the GFR200 size with a G1/4 (BSPP) port, standard 40 um filtration and a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate as the pressure differential across the element rises. It is the low-pressure regulator type, is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, includes a mounting bracket, and has no reverse (check) valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this 200 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus a choice of 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, and square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders, holding workpieces securely without over-pressuring the fixture.
A clean, steady air supply for carton sealers, case packers and labeling heads where cylinder pressure must sit below standard line pressure.
Conditioned pilot supply for diaphragm and butterfly valve actuators that call for filtered air at a low, stable setpoint.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range (200/300/400/600; 1/8 to 1 inch), so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check the curve against your application on request. This unit is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits that sit below the standard GFR setting range; the exact range for the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. Drain choice is differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauges can be square or round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit is fitted with a square psi gauge. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard and NPT is an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GFR200 size and G1/4 port before you order.
It means the regulator is built for circuits that sit below the standard GFR setting range. The exact range for the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet, so ask us to confirm it against your setpoint. Everything else decodes normally: G1/4 port, 40 um filtration, differential-pressure drain, square psi gauge and included bracket.
