The AirTAC GFR200C08LF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is the 200 size with a G1/4 (1/4 in) G-thread port, built as the low-pressure type for circuits that run at reduced regulated pressures. It carries the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain on the polycarbonate bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, an integrated check valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), an external round gauge, MPa/psi/bar scales, and G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and fixture cylinders on an assembly line that runs at reduced pressure; the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow through the unit, and the psi-scaled gauge lets setters read the line pressure directly.
Supplies clean, regulated air to blow-off nozzles that clear dust and stray film from cartons travelling along a packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element catching pipe scale and rust before it reaches the nozzles.
Provides filtered, regulated air to a bench used for leak-testing and function-checking pneumatic components, where the low-pressure type and the fine psi-scaled square gauge suit low set-points and careful adjustment.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) against the flow your line needs - the larger the size, the larger the port and flow capacity. Drain choice: differential-pressure (standard, as fitted here), automatic (code A) for unattended condensate removal, or manual (code M). Filter grade: 40 um standard, 5 um with code W for finer protection. Gauge: the embedded square gauge is standard with MPa, psi or bar scales (this unit: psi); an external round gauge is optional. Thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is G. A mounting bracket is included (code J deletes it). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
'L' marks the low-pressure regulator type, built for circuits regulated below the standard range; the exact range is not published, so confirm your set-point with us. 'F2' is the embedded square gauge scaled in psi - MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is optional.
