The AirTAC GFR200C08LF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08LF2K is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 200 configuration has a PT 1/4 in port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC); only size 600 uses an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa or bar with an optional external round gauge, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and regulation for clamping and press cylinders on an assembly line, where the low-pressure type serves circuits set below the standard regulator band.
Clean, regulated air for sealing jaws, diverters and grippers along a packaging conveyor, with the reverse/check valve fitted in the supply path.
A compact filter regulator for individual machine drops in a plant, taking water and particulate out of the shop air before it reaches downstream valves and cylinders.
Choose the size by port and demand: size 200 with a PT 1/4 in port suits compact drops, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity - confirm the published curve against your requirement before ordering. Drain choices are differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M), and the filter element is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in psi on this unit, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge available. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options, and the mounting bracket is included (code J deletes it). Because this is the low-pressure type, its regulation band differs from the standard unit and is not published as a single figure - confirm the setpoint range with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
Differential-pressure drain is the standard drain type on this unit. If your maintenance routine prefers it, automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain versions can be ordered in the same size and port.
