A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a carton-sealing or case-packing line, low-pressure air holds products gently in clamping fixtures. This unit filters the supply to 5 um and holds the reduced pressure the clamp cylinders were sized for, with the psi gauge letting a technician verify the setting at the machine.
Paint spray guns and air-assisted applicators are spoiled by water and fine particles in the supply. Feeding the gun line through this filter regulator removes moisture and 5 um particulate and sets the lower atomising pressure the finish calls for.

The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT thread is the standard here - G (BSPP) and NPT are order options - and a bracket is included.
