The AirTAC GFR200C08LJC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LJC1T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 200 unit has 1/4 in NPT ports and the low-pressure regulator type, and it filters to the standard 40 um grade. The differential-pressure drain discharges collected condensate automatically as the unit operates, so no manual draining routine is needed. The polycarbonate bowl suits the -5 to 70 C non-freezing operating range, an external round gauge scaled in MPa is fitted for a local pressure readout, and no mounting bracket is supplied with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, an embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm flow figures and the full datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating supply air to clamping cylinders on a machining fixture that runs at reduced line pressure, with the 40 um element and condensate drain helping keep moisture and debris out of the valve and cylinder circuit.
Conditioning air for low-pressure actuation circuits on a cartoning or wrapping line, where the filter bowl collects condensate and particulate and the regulator holds a steady downstream setting for the machine's cylinders.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to a low-pressure pneumatic control panel or sensor cluster, with the fitted MPa round gauge giving operators a local pressure readout at the point of use.
Size and port step up together with required flow: this unit is size 200 with 1/4 in NPT ports, and 300, 400 and 600 step to larger ports for higher demand. Drain choice is differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element. An embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, scaled MPa (1), psi (2) or bar (3) - this unit carries a round gauge in MPa. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also an order option. Code J means no mounting bracket is supplied. The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it against your circuit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm from the datasheet whether the size 200 unit at 1/4 in NPT suits your application before you order.
It marks the low-pressure regulator type. Standard GFR units with the differential-pressure drain fitted here adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), but the low-pressure type is different and its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request against your circuit pressure.
