The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF2K is a filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a 1/4 in PT port, built as the low-pressure type for circuits that run below standard regulating ranges. It has a differential-pressure drain in the polycarbonate bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps and swing cylinders that hold workpieces at reduced supply pressure get filtered air and a set regulated pressure from one body, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the fixture.
Packaging lines running cylinders and air grippers at modest pressures use this unit at the machine drop: the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of valves, the regulator holds a stable setting, and the check valve holds downstream pressure if supply dips.
Bench test rigs and instrument panels that need clean, low-pressure air use the low-pressure type regulator to hold gentle setpoints, with the square psi gauge for direct verification and the differential-pressure drain clearing collected water.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this is the size 200 unit with a 1/4 in PT port, the smallest GFR frame, suited to compact supply points; larger sizes 300, 400 and 600 carry bigger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic, or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The gauge can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit reads psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added if the code omits J.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures against your requirement before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number here. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet for this 1/4 in, size 200 unit before you order.
K is the reverse-valve code: a check valve is fitted in this unit. It lets air flow in the normal direction but blocks reverse flow, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is interrupted. It is an option on GFR units; codes without K have no check valve.
