The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LJF2T is an AirTAC GFR200-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure downstream of it. This configuration carries a 1/4 in NPT port, the 40 um standard filtration grade, a differential-pressure drain that clears the bowl as the pressure differential falls, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch and PT, G or NPT threads, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, a choice of gauge scales, an optional mounting bracket and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures for your operating conditions on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters the shop-air supply and holds a steady low-pressure setting to pneumatic clamps on a CNC fixture, with the square gauge showing the set point in psi.
Point-of-use filter regulator feeding small cylinders and air jets on a carton-sealing conveyor; the differential-pressure drain clears collected water without routine manual bleeding.
Conditions the air feeding gauges and sensors on a laboratory test bench, keeping particulate and moisture out while the low-pressure regulator holds the reduced working pressure the bench needs.
The real choices within GFR are the size and port step (200/300/400/600; 1/8 to 1 inch), set against the flow your line needs; the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual); the filtration grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); the gauge and its scale (MPa, psi or bar); the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are specified as options); and whether a mounting bracket or reverse/check valve is wanted. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type and is supplied without a mounting bracket; its exact adjustment range is not published in the catalogue, so ask us to confirm it. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, ask us to check the curve for this size against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
With the drain position blank, the bowl drains itself whenever the pressure differential across the filter element drops far enough, such as at shutdown, so there is no routine manual draining. If your application needs a different arrangement, the automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are catalogue options on the same unit.
