The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 5 um LP is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF2WG is a filter regulator: one body removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point. This unit is the 200 size with a G1/4 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element (code W), the low-pressure (L) regulator type for circuits set below standard line pressure, a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a metal bowl, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered air held at a low, stable set point for spray-gun atomizing circuits, where the 5 um element keeps moisture and particles away from the finish.
Fixture clamps that grip delicate or finished parts at reduced pressure, with filtered supply protecting the clamp cylinders and valves.
Gentle low-pressure hold-down of cartons and film as they pass transfer points, fed by filtered air so the pads and tubing stay clean.
Within the GFR family the real choices are: size and port (200 here, G1/4) matched to the flow your circuit needs; drain type - differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic (A) or manual (M); filter grade - the 5 um element on this unit versus the 40 um standard; gauge - the embedded square gauge with psi scale, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge available; and thread - PT is the series standard with G and NPT as order options. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, intended for set points below the standard regulator's range; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it against your set point. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set point and air consumption, and we will read the GFR200 curve and confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
Code W fits a 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream devices such as valves, cylinders or spray equipment are more sensitive to particles; the 40 um standard element suits general plant air. Both grades are catalogue options on this series, and this unit ships with the 5 um element fitted.
