The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LJF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is sized GFR200 with G1/4 (BSPP) ports, carries the optional 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, drains by differential pressure, and is the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with the embedded square gauge scaled in psi and a built-in reverse (check) valve, and no mounting bracket (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, manual or automatic drain options, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads as order options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to gripper and valve supply on a robotics pick-and-place cell, with the built-in check valve helping hold the downstream circuit if the upstream supply dips.
Clean 5 um air and low-pressure control for instrument and component test benches, with the psi-scaled square gauge giving a direct readout in US units at the bench.
Point-of-use air preparation for cylinder and actuator supply on a packaging line, combining water and particulate removal with pressure setting in one compact body.
Choose the size by port and flow: GFR200 gives G1/4 ports here, and the family steps up through GFR300, GFR400 and GFR600 as your flow demand grows. This code already selects the 5 um element (W), the low-pressure regulator type (L), a square gauge scaled in psi (F2) and a reverse/check valve (K), with the bracket omitted (J); the same family can be ordered with the 40 um standard element, manual (M) or automatic (A) drains, no gauge (N), MPa or bar gauge scales, and no check valve. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit; PT is the standard and NPT is an order option. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this exact configuration before you order.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream equipment such as valves, gauges or instruments needs finer particle removal; the 40 um element suits general shop-air protection. Both grades are available across the GFR family.
