The AirTAC GFR200C08LJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08LJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR200 series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type with a 1/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), differential-pressure drainage, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a built-in reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to a light-duty pneumatic press or clamping fixture that operates at reduced pressure, with the check valve holding the set circuit if supply dips.
Conditions air ahead of directional control valves on a packaging line, where the 5 um element protects spools and seats from particulate and the gauge shows circuit pressure in bar.
Supplies regulated air to conveyor divertors and stopper cylinders on a sorting line, with the differential-pressure drain shedding collected condensate during normal flow.
Size 200 with a 1/4 in port suits lighter air-preparation duties; step up to 300, 400 or 600 if your circuit needs more capacity. The 5 um element (code W) gives finer filtration than the 40 um standard element - choose it where downstream valves and instruments need cleaner air. The low-pressure type is intended for circuits that run below standard regulator settings; we will confirm the exact adjustment range from the datasheet on request. The square gauge is scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. NPT is the thread on this unit; PT is standard on the series and G is also orderable. A differential-pressure drain is fitted, which bleeds condensate in line with flow.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code marks the low-pressure regulator variant, intended for circuits that run below standard regulator settings. Its exact adjustment range is not published in the general listing, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request. Everything else on this unit is decodable from the code: NPT1/4 port, 5 um element, differential-pressure drain, square bar gauge, check valve, no bracket.
