The AirTAC GFR200C08LNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08LNT is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds the downstream pressure at a set point. This size 200 unit has 1/4 in NPT ports, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a metal bowl. It is the low-pressure (L) regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it against your set point on request. No gauge is fitted (code N), a mounting bracket is included, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads. Published flow data for GFR units is given as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing and the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds spray guns in a paint or coating booth with filtered air at a reduced set point: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale before the gun, and the low-pressure regulator type is chosen for circuits that run below standard line pressure.
Supplies filtered, regulated pilot air to diaphragm or piston actuators on a process skid; the 1/4 in NPT connection suits compact pilot lines, and the differential-pressure drain handles condensate without a manual drain routine.
Mounted at the machine frame to feed a reduced-pressure actuation circuit - cylinders and clamps run at the set pressure while the integrated filter protects downstream seals and valves from condensate and debris.
Size and port: GFR comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600; step up a size when the circuit needs more flow, with ports stepping from 1/8 in to 1 in across the range. Drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are orderable. Filtration: 40 um is the standard element fitted here; specify code W for the 5 um element when finer particulate protection matters. Gauge: none is fitted on this code (N); gauge variants with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales, can be ordered instead. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options - this unit is ordered in NPT. A mounting bracket is included (code J omits it). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to check the curves against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote for this unit. Send us your flow requirement and downstream pressure and we will confirm the curve data and sizing from the datasheet on request.
Correct. N decodes to no gauge fitted, so this GFR200C08LNT is supplied without a pressure gauge. If you want to read the regulated pressure at the unit, order a gauge variant instead: an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales.
