The AirTAC GFR200C08LNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08LNTK is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate when the pressure differential across the element rises, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. It is the low-pressure (L) type, intended for circuits that run below the standard regulator range, and it is supplied without a gauge, so add a gauge separately if you need a local pressure reading.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) element option, gauge and scale options, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a carton-sealing or case-packing line, where the low-pressure type holds a gentle, consistent clamp force and the check valve keeps the setting if supply dips.
A filtered, low-pressure feed to bench-top test rigs and pilot-scale apparatus, where the 40 um element protects sensitive fittings and the regulator sets a stable, repeatable test pressure.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to blow-off nozzles that clear dust and debris from product or belt surfaces on a conveyor line, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate under control.
Start with the port: this unit is 1/4 in NPT; step up to size 300, 400 or 600 if your line needs a larger port and more flow. The 40 um element suits general plant air; specify the 5 um (W) grade where downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention at set intervals, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits infrequently attended points. The low-pressure (L) type is the right pick only if your working pressure sits below the standard regulator range - confirm your circuit pressure with us first. Thread is NPT here; PT and G are order options. A bracket is included; a gauge is not fitted, so plan one if operators need to read the setting.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not state a flow figure. Send us your port size, working pressure and application, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This configuration is ordered with the N (no gauge) code, so no pressure gauge is fitted; you can add a gauge separately if operators need to read the setting. The K code means a reverse/check valve is built in, which holds the downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted.
