The AirTAC GFR200C08MC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 (1/4 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MC2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 unit is threaded PT1/4 (1/4 in), carries a manual drain on its polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the unit accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, and it operates at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads in place of PT. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic clamps and fixtures on a CNC milling cell, where clean, moisture-free air at a steady setting keeps workholding consistent across shifts.
A point-of-use filter regulator on a carton-sealing conveyor, conditioning the air that drives the sealing cylinders so the line runs at one stable pressure setting.
Mounted at the drop line feeding hand tools and small actuators in an assembly plant, removing water and pipe scale and letting each station set its own regulated pressure.
Choose the size by port and flow: size 200 with a 1/4 in PT port suits compact circuits, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow. Drain type matters in service: this unit is manual drain, so the bowl is drained by hand; choose automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) where draining cannot be scheduled. The 40 um element is standard and 5 um (code W) is available for finer filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; an embedded square gauge with MPa or bar scale is the alternative, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT. A bracket is included, and the K code adds a reverse/check valve. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your application and required conditions and we will confirm the flow and full datasheet figures on request before you order.
M is the drain type: manual, so the bowl is drained by hand rather than by an automatic or differential-pressure drain. K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply drops. The C2 code is the round gauge with a psi scale, and the blank filter position is the standard 40 um element.
