The AirTAC GFR200C08MF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MF1T is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This 200-size unit is built with 1/4 in NPT ports, a polycarbonate bowl with manual drain, a 40 um filter element, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. A reverse/check valve is not fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted at the air drop feeding pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators on a CNC machining center, giving each station filtered air and a set working pressure from one compact body.
Conditioning the supply to labeling heads and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the manual drain bowl emptied as part of the shift-start check so condensate never reaches the valves.
Regulating the branch circuit that feeds impact wrenches, air ratchets and other handheld tools at automotive assembly stations, keeping downstream pressure steady through the shift.
Size the unit by port and flow: the 200 size with 1/4 in NPT ports is the smallest step in the GFR range, stepping up through 300 (3/8-1/2 in), 400 (1/2-3/4 in) and 600 (1 in). With the manual drain (code M) fitted here, the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic or differential-pressure drain units carry a 0.15-0.9 MPa range instead. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for 5 um filtration. A mounting bracket is included, and the embedded square MPa gauge can be substituted with an external round gauge in psi or bar scale; G (BSPP) or NPT threads are ordered against the PT standard. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this 200-size, 1/4 in NPT filter regulator on request.
Code M specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, and on this configuration it also sets the regulation range at 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), wider than the 0.15-0.9 MPa range of automatic or differential-pressure drain units. If the unit will be mounted where regular manual draining is impractical, order the automatic drain version (code A) instead.
