The AirTAC GFR200C08MF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MF1TK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. Regulated output is adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Mounting bracket included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G or NPT threads; drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale are all selectable in the code. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for a small pneumatic punch press: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale from the shop air line while the regulator holds a steady setting at the cylinder, and the check valve keeps the circuit held if the upstream supply dips.
Bracket-mounted beside a packaging conveyor, the unit gives each actuator station its own filtered, regulated air drop; the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate at the start of a shift, and the 1/4 in NPT port suits standard plant fittings.
Feeds compact lab automation modules where clean, regulated air protects solenoid valves and gripper cylinders; the MPa gauge gives a direct local reading during setup and the check valve holds the circuit while the supply is switched for maintenance.
Size 200 with a 1/4 in NPT port is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 as your flow demand grows. Drain is manual on this unit; automatic and differential-pressure drain variants are orderable alternatives. The 40 um element is standard - specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is optional.
Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option. A bracket is included, and a no-bracket version (code J) exists. Flow for the GFR series is published as curves rather than one rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size, and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this 1/4 in NPT unit before you order.
The M in this code selects a manual drain: condensate is released by operating the drain at the bowl as part of routine checks. If your compressor runs unattended for long stretches, an automatic or differential-pressure drain variant removes that step - we can quote the equivalent code.
