The AirTAC GFR200C08MF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MF1WT is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point. This 200-size unit is threaded NPT1/4 (1/4 in), carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W, instead of the 40 um standard), drains condensate by hand through its manual drain, and has an embedded square pressure gauge on the MPa scale fitted. The bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate (PC); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulation range with the manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. It is the standard regulator type, without a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the clamping cylinders on a metal-fabrication press, so clamp pressure holds at the set point while the 5 um element keeps scale and pipe debris out of the valve stack.
Point-of-use preparation ahead of a machining center's air-operated drawbar and tool-changer valves, with the manual drain used during shift checks to clear collected condensate from the bowl.
Conditioning the air feeding gripper and divertor actuators on a bottling line, where one body does the filtering and regulation that would otherwise need a separate filter and regulator.
Choose the size and port by the flow your line needs: 200 is the compact step with a 1/4 in port on this unit, and the larger 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and capacity. Where a bowl is fitted you pick the drain: manual (this unit - drain by hand), automatic (code A), or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauge scale is MPa, psi or bar, thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included unless code J is specified. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow only as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and check the sizing for you on request.
Code M selects the manual drain: condensate is drained from the bowl by hand, and the regulation range with a manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The GFR family also offers an automatic drain (code A) and a differential-pressure drain as the default, if you would rather not drain the bowl manually.
