The AirTAC GFR200C08MF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR200C08MF2WK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a water-and-particulate filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This configuration is size 200 with a 1/4 in PT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. The bowl on this size 200 unit is polycarbonate; maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um or 5 um element, gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT threads in place of PT, and with or without a bracket. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the clamp cylinders on a machining fixture: the 5 um element keeps sludge and pipe scale out of the clamp valve, the psi gauge lets the setter dial in clamp pressure, and the manual drain is emptied at shift checks.
Sits in the air drop feeding the solenoid valves and cylinders of a pick-and-place unit on a carton line, removing condensate and particles and holding a steady set pressure so the gripper sequence repeats cleanly cycle after cycle.
Installed at a maintenance bench ahead of air tools and blow guns: the regulator sets tool supply pressure on the psi gauge, the 5 um element catches rust from the shop piping, and the manual drain is bled during weekly shop checks.
The real choices in this family are all decodable from the code. Step through sizes 200/300/400/600 and ports 1/8 to 1 in against the air your line needs - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain: this unit has a manual drain (M); automatic (A) and differential-pressure (the default) versions drain with less attention if the bowl is hard to reach. Filter grade: 5 um here (W) where finer protection is wanted; 40 um is the standard element. Gauge: the embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread: PT is standard on this unit; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code is the drain type: condensate is released by opening the drain by hand, so the bowl needs to be reachable at service intervals. If the installation is hidden or unattended, the same unit can be ordered with an automatic (A) drain, and the differential-pressure drain is the default.
