The AirTAC GFR200C08MJC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MJC2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, and no reverse/check valve is fitted; the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or differential-pressure draining, a 5 um (W) element, alternative gauge scales in MPa or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, pressure-set air to a compact air cylinder on a small assembly press, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading of the set pressure at the station.
Supplies filtered and regulated air to the cylinders and air valves on a carton-sealing or labelling conveyor, protecting downstream components from water and debris in the shop air.
Conditions the air line feeding spray guns in a paint or coating booth, removing condensate and particulate and holding a steady regulated pressure for consistent gun operation.
Size up the GFR family by the port step: 200 carries 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 and 400 step up through 3/8-1/2 in, and 600 covers 3/4-1 in, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as on this unit) needs periodic bleeding, automatic drains collected condensate on cycle, and differential-pressure draining is the default. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar), and thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket can be added if this no-bracket version does not suit the mounting.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can quote. Tell us your inlet pressure and the air demand of your circuit and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is bled off by hand at intervals. If you would rather not rely on manual bleeding, the same size 200 filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or with the differential-pressure drain, which is the default when no drain letter is given.
