The AirTAC GFR200C08MJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MJC2T is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in one body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a manual drain on a polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an external round gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding the grip and lift cylinders on a carton-forming station, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint at the drop.
Point-of-use air preparation for a small air press, removing water and swarf from the shop line and holding a steady clamping pressure between cycles.
Dropping a filtered, pressure-controlled feed to a paint spray gun, with the manual drain cleared during booth clean-down and the 40 um element guarding the gun.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 200 size with a 1/4 in NPT port suits compact supply points, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow. Choose the drain to match service: manual (this unit, and it widens the regulating range to 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi), automatic for unattended condensate removal, or differential-pressure as the default. The 40 um element is standard; specify 5 um (W) for finer protection. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an external round option, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
A manual drain means opening the drain valve by hand to release collected condensate, which suits supply points checked as part of a routine. On this unit the manual drain also gives a regulating range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drains give 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
