The AirTAC GFR200C08MJC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series is a filter regulator: compressed air is cleaned of water and particulate, then regulated to your set pressure, all in a single body. This GFR200 configuration is the size 200 unit with a 1/4 in NPT port, manual drain, standard 40 um filter element and a round pressure gauge with bar scale fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the outlet is adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with PT, G or NPT threads, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element option (code W), and gauge and bracket choices. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feed for a bench pneumatic press or clamping fixture, where the operator sets the working pressure once and bleeds the manual drain at shift start.
Point-of-use air prep for pick-and-place cylinders and diverters on a packaging conveyor, keeping water and debris out of seals while holding a stable set pressure.
Conditioned supply for analytical instruments or sample-handling pneumatics in a lab, where the 40 um element and bar-scaled gauge support repeatable daily setup.
The decodable choices are: size and port (200/300/400/600, ports 1/8 in to 1 in) stepped against the air demand of your line; drain type - manual on this unit, which carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, with automatic and differential-pressure variants available; filter grade, 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer air; gauge type and scale - this unit has the round gauge with bar scale; thread, where PT is the standard and G and NPT are order options; and mounting bracket, omitted here (code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your pressure and air-demand figures and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact configuration before you order.
Code M specifies a manual drain, which you open by hand to expel collected water; it also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants exist in the same size if you would rather not rely on manual bleeding.
