The AirTAC GFR200C08MJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MJF2GK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: one body that strips water and particulate from compressed air and then holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. It is threaded G1/4 (1/4 in, G thread), filters to the standard 40 um grade and drains by hand (code M), which is why its regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The embedded square gauge reads in psi, a built-in check valve (code K) holds downstream pressure if the supply fails, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this unit is metal, and it comes without a mounting bracket (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and the same frame can be ordered with a 5 um element (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drain, MPa or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, a mounting bracket, and PT or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamping cylinders on a machining fixture; the built-in check valve holds the clamp if main supply pressure drops mid-cycle.
Regulated air to sorting gates and stop cylinders on a bottling or carton conveyor, with condensate and scale particles knocked out before they reach the valve manifold.
Clean, regulated pilot air to solenoid-piloted process valves on a water-treatment skid, protecting pilot spools from rust and water carryover.
Size and port are the first choice: GFR200 is the compact frame with a 1/4 in port; step up to GFR300, GFR400 or GFR600 when your demand calls for a larger port up to 1 in. This unit drains manually, so plan for someone to open the drain periodically; the same frame is available with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain where that does not suit. The standard element is 40 um; specify W for 5 um when downstream valves want finer air. The embedded square gauge here reads psi, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge as options. Thread on this code is G; PT is the standard thread and NPT is a catalogue option to order. No bracket is included (code J), so add the bracket code if you need one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the GFR200 datasheet on request.
Code M means you open the drain by hand to expel collected condensate, which suits attended compressor stations or points someone already walks past. The same GFR200 frame is available with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - ask us and we will confirm the variant.
