The AirTAC GFR200C08MJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MJF2K is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1/4 in PT port, a manual drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is fitted on this variant.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale choices, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and pressure setting for the pneumatic cylinders on a carton-forming or case-sealing machine, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the plant supply dips.
Clean, regulated air for the gate and clamp cylinders along a bottling or parcel-sorting conveyor, with the psi gauge giving operators a local pressure reference at the line.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to small actuated valves and sample-handling grippers on a laboratory automation skid, where the compact size-200 body fits tight panels.
Size 200 with a 1/4 in PT port is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow. The manual drain on this unit means someone opens the bowl drain during checks - choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain option if the installation is not visited regularly. The standard 40 um element suits general plant air; specify the 5 um (W) element where finer filtration is wanted. The square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is optional. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. This variant has no mounting bracket. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number on the page. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
M in the code is the manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by opening the drain during routine checks, rather than automatically. The trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. If the unit is hard to reach, ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions.
