The AirTAC GFR200C08MLC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MLC1TK is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point, in one compact body. This size 200 unit is threaded NPT1/4, has a manual drain on the metal bowl and a 40 um filter element, and its low-pressure regulator is fitted with a round MPa gauge. A reverse/check valve is built in, a mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated for 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application - we supply the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for the cylinder and valve circuit on a carton-sealing or case-packing machine: water and pipe scale are dropped out in the bowl while the low-pressure regulator holds a steady set point to the actuators.
Supplying regulated air to bench-top test rigs and pneumatic lab fixtures, where the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits run at modest set points and the manual drain supports a controlled maintenance routine.
Air prep for a light-duty clamping or holding fixture at a machining cell: the 40 um element keeps particulate out of the clamp cylinders, the check valve holds the circuit if supply pressure dips, and the MPa gauge gives the operator a clear set-point reading.
Match the size and port to the air your circuit needs: this unit is size 200 with NPT1/4 ports, the smaller step of the GFR range, and larger sizes step up in port and capacity. Drain type matters: this configuration has a manual drain, so condensed water is released from the metal bowl during routine maintenance - automatic and differential-pressure drain codes are available if the unit will sit where manual draining is impractical. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type; the exact adjustment range for this type is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us before ordering. Threads come as PT (standard), G or NPT - this code is NPT - and the bracket is included.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensed water collects in the metal bowl and is released by operating the drain fitting as part of routine maintenance. Choose an automatic or differential-pressure drain code instead if the regulator will be mounted where regular manual draining is impractical.
