The AirTAC GFR200C08MLC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator, PT1/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MLC2 is a filter regulator: one compact body removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size-200 unit with a 1/4 in PT port, the low-pressure regulator type, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element and a metal bowl. It is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi and includes a mounting bracket; no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated low-pressure air to the pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging machine, with the manual drain emptied as part of routine shift checks.
Conditioning bench air for a pneumatic test rig that needs gentle regulated pressure and a clear psi gauge readout at the panel.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to a solenoid valve bank on an assembly station, keeping water and particulate out of the valves while holding a low regulated setting.
Choose the size and port against the air consumption of the downstream circuit: this unit is size 200 with a 1/4 in PT port, and the larger 300/400/600 sizes step up port and flow capacity. Drain type matters: this version has a manual drain you open by hand, while the family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue options. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - downstream air consumption and required pressure - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: accumulated water is released by opening the drain fitting by hand, so this version suits installations that are checked on a routine. If you cannot schedule manual draining, the GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drain versions.
