The AirTAC GFR200C08MLC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLC2GK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one unit both cleans the compressed air and sets the working pressure downstream. This size 200 configuration has G1/4 (BSPP) ports, the 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, an external round gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket.
It is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air, rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operation. The GFR range is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge styles and scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to clamping cylinders on a machining fixture: the 40 um element strips water and particles before they reach the clamp valves, the low-pressure regulator sets a gentle clamp pressure, and the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow in the line.
Conditioning air for grippers and pushers on a packaging conveyor: the filter section removes condensate and debris ahead of the directional valves, while the regulator sets the actuator pressure at a point read directly off the psi gauge.
A bench-top test rig that needs clean air at reduced pressure: the low-pressure regulator type is intended for circuits set below normal shop pressure, with the round psi gauge giving a direct readout and the manual drain suiting an attended rig.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range (200/300/400/600; 1/8 in to 1 in), so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand rather than the port alone - we can check the curve against your application. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact setting range is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering if your set pressure is critical. Drain: this version is manual, meaning someone opens the drain by hand; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unmanned installations. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify W for 5 um. The round gauge fitted here reads psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP); PT is the standard thread and G and NPT are order options. Mounting bracket included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: someone opens the drain valve by hand to remove water collected in the bowl. It suits attended installations; for unmanned lines, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain option instead. This unit also carries the 40 um standard element in a metal bowl, with a reverse (check) valve fitted.
