The AirTAC GFR200C08MLF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MLF2K is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 200-size unit is fitted with PT1/4 (1/4 in) ports, a manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, a low-pressure regulator, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale options and G or NPT thread variants. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, low-pressure regulated air to pick-and-place grippers and small cylinders on an electronics assembly cell, where the psi gauge lets technicians set and verify delicate actuation pressure.
Regulating air to stopper and divert cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element keeping rust and pipe scale out of the control valves and the manual drain clearing accumulated water at shift checks.
Feeding clean, low-pressure air to lab analysers and pneumatic control panels, where the reverse/check valve holds downstream pressure if supply dips and the psi gauge gives a visible setpoint.
Choose the size and port against the air consumption of the circuit: this unit is 200 size with PT1/4 ports, and the family steps up through 300, 400 and 600 for larger flows. The manual drain on this model must be opened periodically to empty the bowl; automatic or differential-pressure drain versions are available if you prefer not to rely on maintenance. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for the 5 um option. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are offered, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included. Because rated flow is published only as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and correct size from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl must be drained periodically by opening the drain valve. If you would rather not rely on maintenance, the GFR family is also offered with automatic (code A) or differential-pressure (blank) drains - ask us for the equivalent model.
