The AirTAC GFR200C08MLF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLF2TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This size 200 configuration carries a 1/4 in NPT port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with the embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and includes a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to workholding clamps and swing cylinders on milling and turning fixtures, where the low-pressure regulator type holds a modest, stable clamp setting.
A tidy filter-regulator point feeding bench instruments, small process rigs and test stations that need clean air at a controlled, lower-than-line pressure.
Conditioned air for pushers, diverters and stopper cylinders along a conveyor line, with the check valve helping hold the downstream circuit if supply pressure dips.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200 with a 1/4 in port suits lighter circuits, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity - confirm the exact flow against the published curves before ordering. On this configuration the drain is manual, so collected water is released by hand; automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available if you prefer not to. The element is the standard 40 um grade; specify code W if the application needs the 5 um fine grade. The gauge here is the embedded square type reading psi, and scales in MPa or bar can be ordered. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: collected water is released by hand from the bowl, so draining should be part of normal maintenance rounds. If you would rather not drain by hand, the family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - ask us for those variants.
