The AirTAC GFR200C08MLF2WG AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator G1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLF2WG is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in a single body, size 200, with a G1/4 (BSPP) port. This unit is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, ordered with a manual drain, a square pressure gauge reading in psi, and a polycarbonate bowl. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options for thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional) and gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures from the datasheet against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for lab analysers and sample-handling panels that run 1/4 in air lines and need fine 5 um filtration with a low regulated pressure setpoint read locally in psi.
Feeding air tools, small cylinders and clamps at individual workstations, where one compact body does the filtering and the regulating and the operator can check the set line pressure on the square gauge.
Supplying diverters, pushers and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain suiting a supervised blow-down during daily line cleaning.
Step through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes against the air demand of the machine, then choose the options that match the installation. This code fixes several of those choices: the 5 um (W) element for finer particulate and water removal than the 40 um standard, a manual drain where condensate is blown down by hand on a routine, a square psi gauge for direct reading, and the G (BSPP) thread - PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options. The low-pressure (L) regulator type is selected where the required regulated pressure sits below the standard type's range; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm your setpoint with us. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the AirTAC datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and working pressure and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet against your application before you order.
The M in the code orders the manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by hand, which suits supervised installations with a routine check. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains; if the unit will be mounted where nobody passes regularly, ask us to quote the automatic-drain version instead.
