The AirTAC GFR200C08MLJC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLJC1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a regulated downstream pressure in one compact body. This size 200 unit is threaded NPT1/4 (1/4 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains its polycarbonate bowl by hand via the manual drain. The regulator is the low-pressure type, a round pressure gauge reading in MPa is fitted, and a reverse (check) valve is built in; no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, offered with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT/G/NPT thread options and bracket arrangements. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds spray guns on an automotive refinish line: the 40 um element strips water and scale before the gun while the low-pressure regulator holds a steady, gentle atomizing pressure at the booth.
Mounted at the tape-head station of a packaging conveyor, it cleans the air feeding the sealing cylinders and lets operators set the low clamping pressure the tape head needs.
On a water-treatment valve skid, it conditions the 1/4 in supply to air-piloted actuators, and the built-in check valve holds the downstream setting if supply pressure dips.
Choices you can decode from the code: the 200 size with its 1/4 in NPT port sets the physical connection and the flow envelope, so step up to 300, 400 or 600 if your line needs more air. The manual drain means an operator bleeds collected water from the bowl by hand, which suits points already visited during shift checks; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if you cannot guarantee that visit. The 40 um element is the standard grade (5 um is the W option), the round gauge reads in MPa, and the low-pressure regulator type is intended for lower set pressures - its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering. NPT is fitted here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option, and this unit comes without a mounting bracket.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated figure, we do not quote a single flow number. Send us your application's air demand and line pressure and we will confirm sizing and the relevant datasheet figures on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: collected water is bled from the bowl by hand, which suits stations visited during routine checks. If nobody passes the unit regularly, ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants of the same GFR200 size.
