The AirTAC GFR200C08MLJC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLJC2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 200 unit is threaded PT1/4 (1/4 in), built as the low-pressure regulator type, and fitted with a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl and a 40 um filter element. The gauge in this code is the external round type with a psi scale, and no mounting bracket or check valve is fitted.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um element option (code W), square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the air feed to a small pneumatic press or clamping cylinder that is set to run at reduced pressure, with the low-pressure regulator holding the setting and the 40 um element keeping debris out of the downstream valve train.
Point-of-use conditioning on a laboratory or QC bench air drop feeding pneumatic test fixtures, where the manual-drain bowl is emptied as part of the start-of-shift routine and the round psi gauge gives a direct local pressure readout.
A filtered, regulated branch off the plant air header feeding the cylinders on a packaging or bottling line section, taken at the 1/4 in PT step for an individual machine zone rather than the whole header.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 (ports 1/8 to 1 in) to match the air demand of the line; this unit is the 1/4 in PT step. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) for periodic hand draining, or automatic or differential-pressure where the bowl should clear itself. The standard element is 40 um; code W gives 5 um for finer protection. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this code carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied. The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our material, so we confirm it on request. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact configuration before you order.
It marks the low-pressure regulator type rather than the standard one. The adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request instead of quoting a figure.
