The AirTAC GFR200C08MLJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLJF2TK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is a size 200 unit with a 1/4 in NPT port, set up as the low-pressure regulator type with a manual drain bowl in metal, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and is offered with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT thread. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a carton-forming and sealing line, this unit filters condensed water and debris out of the supply and holds a steady low regulated pressure to the cylinder and valve manifold circuits, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Feeding suction-cup grippers on an electronics assembly cell, the 40 um element protects the small pilot valves from particulate, the low-pressure regulator suits delicate gripper circuits, and the manual drain lets maintenance drain the bowl at shift checks.
On a machining-cell clamping fixture supplied from a shop-air drop, the 1/4 in NPT connection suits the local piping, the reverse/check valve helps hold the set pressure if the upstream supply dips, and the square gauge lets the setter verify clamp pressure in psi.
Size and port are the first choice: step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port size and air demand grow - this unit is the 200 size with a 1/4 in NPT port. Drain type matters in service: manual drain means an operator drains the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate on their own; this unit is manual. Filtration is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) where finer protection is needed. The embedded square gauge is standard and can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar scales - this one reads psi. Thread is NPT here, with PT standard and G also available to order. A bracket can be included or omitted (this unit: no bracket), and a reverse/check valve can be fitted as it is here. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, SCFM or Cv number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain bowl: condensate collects in the metal bowl and is released by operating the drain, rather than discharging automatically as with the automatic or differential-pressure drain options. It is the right choice where an operator is on site to drain at intervals; ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure variants for unattended installations.
