The AirTAC GFR300C08JC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 Round Psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C08JC2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration takes a 1/4 in PT port, keeps the standard 40 um filter element, and drains condensate by differential pressure. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, a round external gauge reading in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve (code K) holds downstream pressure if the supply drops. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread (PT, G or NPT) and bracket. Rated flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your model on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and valves on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, with the check valve holding downstream settings through brief supply dips.
Regulating pressure to stopper and lift cylinders along a sorting conveyor, with 40 um filtration protecting directional valves from scale and pipe debris.
Providing clean, settable air to pneumatic fixtures on a laboratory or QC test bench, with the psi gauge giving a direct local readout for repeatable setups.
Size 300 with a 1/4 in PT port sits in the middle of the GFR range (200/300/400/600); step up or down a size when the air demand of your actuators changes. This unit keeps the standard 40 um filter element and differential-pressure drain; a 5 um element (code W) or an automatic or manual drain can be ordered if your air-quality or drainage needs differ. The fitted round gauge reads in psi, with MPa and bar scales available as alternatives. Thread is PT as standard - G (BSPP) and NPT versions are order options. This configuration is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J); a bracket can be added if panel or wall mounting is needed.
Because rated flow is published only as curves, not a single figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, holding the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. C2 is the round external gauge with a psi scale, J means no mounting bracket, and the rest of the code gives a 1/4 in PT port, the standard 40 um element, differential-pressure drain and the standard regulator type.
