The AirTAC GFR300C08JF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08JF2GK is a GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has G1/4 (BSPP) ports, a differential-pressure drain, standard 40 um filtration, a built-in reverse/check valve and an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options include manual or automatic drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar) and NPT or G threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the clamps and tool-changer cylinders on a CNC machining centre, with the psi gauge letting operators set and check clamp pressure at the machine.
Filtered, regulated supply for the diverters, stoppers and pushers along a packaging conveyor line, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main supply dips.
Point-of-use air prep for pick-and-place modules and grippers on laboratory automation skids, where the 40 um element protects small valves from particles and condensed water.
Choose the size by port and flow: this 300-size unit has G1/4 ports, while the 400 and 600 sizes step up to larger ports and more flow. Drain choices are differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M), and filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The embedded square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales, or an external round gauge, are alternatives. Threads come as PT standard with G (BSPP, as on this unit) or NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket can be specified (this unit is code J, no bracket). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet, and help you size between the 300 and the neighbouring sizes, before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: if upstream pressure falls, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of letting it bleed back. This unit also carries an embedded square gauge reading in psi, G (BSPP) threads on G1/4 ports, a differential-pressure drain and standard 40 um filtration.
