The AirTAC GFR300C08LC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08LC1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a regulated downstream pressure in one body. This size 300 unit has 1/4 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate automatically in normal service, with no manual draining routine. The regulator is the low-pressure (L) type, a built-in check valve (K) blocks reverse flow through the unit, and an external round gauge on an MPa scale is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate (PC). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) element instead of the standard 40 um, an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge on MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds spray guns and atomizing air on a paint line where a low, stable regulated pressure matters, with the 40 um element keeping water and grit out of the finish air.
Supplies low-pressure clamping fixtures on a CNC or assembly cell, with the check valve helping block backflow and the round MPa gauge giving a local pressure reading.
Point-of-use filtration and regulation for cylinder- and actuator-driven packaging equipment, with the differential-pressure drain keeping the bowl clear without a manual routine.
Size and port step up with demand: 200, 300, 400 and 600 carry 1/8 in through 1 in ports, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your consumption - we can check that against the datasheet on request. Drain type matters: differential-pressure (this unit) and automatic drains suit unattended duty, while a manual drain suits intermittent lines and, on standard-type regulators, widens the adjustment range down to 0.05 MPa. Element grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code for finer protection. Gauges: an embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, on MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round gauge on MPa. Threads: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) are order options. This is the low-pressure (L) type, and its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering. Bracket included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
It sets the regulator to the low-pressure type instead of the standard type. The exact adjustment range for the L type is not published in the sheet we work from; standard GFR300 units with a differential-pressure drain adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Ask us to confirm the L-type range on request.
