A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on machining fixtures where the circuit is held well below full line pressure.
Feeds clean, regulated air to the cylinders and actuators on filling, cartoning and palletising lines, with the differential-pressure drain clearing collected water as the element loads.

Choose the size and port step against the air your circuit actually consumes: the 300 size with G1/4 ports sits in the middle of the G range, and stepping up a size gives a larger port and more flow capacity.
