The AirTAC GFR400C10AJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10AJC1WTK is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 400 unit is supplied in NPT3/8 (3/8 in) thread with a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is included. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain, and the unit takes a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale (MPa, psi or bar), PT, G or NPT thread, bracket and check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding the machine tool's pneumatic valves, clamps and tool-change cylinders with filtered, regulated air; the 5 um element and automatic drain suit a cell that runs unattended between shift checks.
Supplying the fold, press and taping cylinders on a carton-sealing conveyor, where the check valve holds the set pressure against back-flow and the automatic drain clears condensate from a long air main.
Regulating air to gripper and clamp actuators on a palletising robot, keeping supply pressure steady through repeated pick-and-place cycles while the 5 um grade protects the valve spools.
Pick the size step (200/300/400/600) and port against the air demand of your circuit, moving up a size when the flow curve leaves too little margin. This unit is already specified with the 5 um element (W) instead of the 40 um standard, the automatic drain instead of manual or differential-pressure, a round MPa gauge, and a reverse/check valve. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available to order, and brackets are optional. Because rated flow is published only as curves, not a single number, send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code means the bowl drain ejects condensate automatically, which suits installations that are not checked daily. Manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are catalogue options on the GFR family if you prefer a different arrangement.
